Photographer from Brooklyn (New York) Emily Dryden and stylist from Puerto Rico Zahydé Pietri implemented a series of food art which is known as Fresh Face. From conventional fruit and vegetables, they have created a “Face of peoples”, each of which transmits its character.

Inspired by the paintings of Italian painter Giuseppe Arcimboldo, “make up” portraits of people from fruits and vegetables, American photographer and food stylist decided to create a series of “edible” people. It turned out very original. A difficult job has been done. For each image carefully select appropriate colors. As the authors of the project itself, each portrait is intended to emphasize the diversity of people around the globe.
