Gouffre De Padirac Aka Largest Underground Caves Of France

Gouffre de Padirac is also known as caves Padirac ( or chasm Padirac ), and it is located in the region of Midi-Pyrénées , in the south-west of France, in the vicinity of the pilgrimage center of Rocamadour. This is the most spectacular cave in France! Padirac Cave is a huge crater with a diameter of 35 m and a depth of 99 m, which was formed in the collapse of the cave.
